How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone who contacts Dalligstore Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect from us. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Dalligstore Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they say.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know this up front: Dalligstore Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider or act for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@dalligstore.store and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short note on what happened and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
We will email you to confirm we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed provider, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
